Eligibility Requirements for the 2024 World Economic Forum Early Career Program:

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:



  • Interest and experience in program and project management, leadership development, and community management

  • Experience in writing for a professional audience, digital publishing, and/or content creation

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English with excellent professional writing skills

  • Comfort with a variety of collaboration tools, proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (experience in database management is an asset)


Benefits of the World Economic Forum Early Career Program 2024:

  • Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office

  • Flexible start dates between September 1st to October 15th, 2023

  • Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4,400 (salary: CHF 4,050 plus health benefits: CHF 350)
