The Field Engineer Trainee is tasked with ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD to customers. They identify opportunities for service enhancement, implement standard procedures, and manage risks during service delivery.
The Field Specialist Trainee undergoes intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, safety protocols, and client interaction. Responsibilities and skill development vary across business lines, encompassing formal technical training courses and hands-on experience. Progression is structured through a formal career development program.
Eligibility Requirements for 2024 Schlumberger Technology Graduate Trainee Program:
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Field Engineer Trainee:
- Willingness to travel to offshore/onshore locations for work.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, learn rapidly, and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to start immediately.
Field Specialist Trainee:
- Minimum 3-year diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Solid background in electronics or mechanical engineering.
- Adherence to company policies, including QHSE standards and procedures.
- Client-focused with a commitment to service quality and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
