Turkey Government Scholarship Details

The Türkiye Scholarship combines both scholarship and university placement concurrently. Applicants will be assigned to a university and program based on their preferences specified in the online application form. Candidates can apply to only one scholarship program aligned with their educational background and academic goals.

 Eligibility Requirements for the Türkiye Scholarship 2024

To be considered for the Türkiye Scholarship, applicants must:

- Be a citizen of a country other than Turkey (those holding or ever holding Turkish citizenship are ineligible).

- Not be a registered student in Turkish universities at the applied level of study.

- Meet age conditions: For applicants applying to Undergraduate Degree: Born no earlier than 01.01.2001, Master’s Degree: Born no earlier than 01.01.1992, Ph.D. Degree: Born no earlier than 01.01.1987.

- Have no health problems impeding education.

- Maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 75% or equivalent in national or international graduate admissions tests.

Ineligible Groups:

- Turkish citizens and individuals who lost Turkish citizenship.

- Individuals currently enrolled in programs in Turkish universities at the education level they are applying.

- Recent photograph (taken within the last year)

- National exam results (if any)

- Diploma or temporary graduation certificate

- Transcript

- International exam results (if required)
