Details:

• The Master Mind Scholarship provides a €10,000 grant and a tuition fee waiver per academic year (60 ECTS).

• Eligible candidates only pay an administrative enrollment fee, and the grant covers accommodation costs, insurances, and a significant portion of living expenses.

•  Mobility duration: one academic year for a 60 ECTS master’s program and two academic years for a 120 ECTS master’s program.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify:

- Apply for a Master's program in a Flemish host institution.

- Maintain a high academic performance with a GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0.

- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language.

- Secure acceptance by the host institution, even if it occurs after the scholarship selection.

Required Documents:

Submit:

- Passport photo

- International passport or national ID

- Curriculum Vitae

- Transcript of records (with certified translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English)

- English language test results or exemption letter

- Letter of motivation in English

- Two signed letters of recommendation in English

- Copy of acquired diploma(s) (with certified translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English)

Application Process:

1. Check eligibility and participation of your chosen Flemish institution.

2. Submit your application to the host institution.

3. The host institution preselects eligible applications.

4. Start the Master Mind Scholarship application procedure through the Mobility-Online tool.

5. Receive an email confirming preselection.

6. Register in the Mobility-Online tool and complete your application before the deadline.

7. The host institution validates and submits the application by April 28, 2024, 23:59 GMT+1.
